Course Synopsis

In this workshop, you will learn how to implement the role of the treatment coordinator in your practice. This position can manage and increase the dentistry being completed with measurable results.

You will learn communication techniques and systems that will enhance the patient experience in your practice
 

Learning Objectives:

-Define the role and the duties of a treatment coordinator.
-Eliminate minimizing language and increase the value of dentistry.
-Understand the metrics involved that show measurable success.
-Plan your ideal day and the dentistry that you love to do.
-Reduce the use of the insurance word.
-Create a new patient experience that is a 5-star review.

ACCREDITATION

This course is considered a Category 3 course by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Full participation of this course will grant up to 13 CE points

Upon completion of this course, participants will receive a certificate of completion indicating the number of CE points obtained.
