Course Synopsis

A dental practice is a business. To be successful, it requires an effective system, a well-trained team, and organized methods of operation. Our Dental Practice Management course is designed to provide dental practitioners with the knowledge and management skills to make their dental practice successful.

Being a comprehensive course that touches on many different subject areas that are vital to the success of a dental practice, this course is suitable for dentists and all members of the dental team. Discount rates are available for teams registering as a group. This is a fully online course, with lectures conducted on Zoom to allow for full interaction with the instructor.

This is a fully ONLINE course. All components of this course, from lectures to evaluations, will be conducted online. Lectures will be conducted on Zoom, allowing for questions and discussion with the instructor. Login instructions for each session will be provided as the course progresses.

 

REGISTRATION

Cancellations

A 100% refund will be granted for registrations cancelled by September 2, 2023 (two weeks prior to course start date). A 50% refund will be granted for registrations cancelled by September 9, 2023 (one week prior to course start date). Refunds will not be granted after this final date.

Registrations are not transferable.

The University of Toronto reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Registration fees for events cancelled by the University will be refunded in full; however, the University will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.

 

ACCREDITATION

This course is considered a Category 3 course by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Full participation of this course will grant up to 60 CE points

This course also grants CE points that are recognized by the ODAA and the CDHO. The maximum amount of CE points that dental assistants may obtain from this course is 12 points.

Upon completion of this course, participants will receive a certificate of completion indicating the number of CE points obtained.
